Delivery marketplaces

A DoorDash order arrives as one paid pickup at DoorDash’s price, reaches the kitchen like any other order and is confirmed back; DoorDash is told when the kitchen marks it ready.

Uber Eats order messages are signature-checked and recorded; they are not placed as orders.
Navigation and printers

Waze
Drivers tap “Navigate” and Waze opens on the address.

ESC/POS
An ESC/POS thermal printer, 80 or 58 mm, on the network or by USB to the register PC — each ticket reaches it as an image.
In Israel

Tranzila
IsraelGuests pay by card from their phone, for a site order or their check at the table, through the restaurant’s own Tranzila account.
Questions we hear
Can we keep our card processor?
Yes. Take payments on your existing terminal, then confirm them in Jooule. The terminal works separately from the register.
Do you connect to Grubhub?
No. There is no Grubhub connection.
What about accounting software?
There is no direct accounting software connection. Your restaurant’s data is available as a file export on request.
